Robby is a Detroit native that moved to Denver, CO in October 2020. When he was not able to make it home to Michigan for Thanksgiving, he decided to make 25 meals for local homeless communities. Ever since then, he's been able to scale the Thanksgiving Donation Event every year which turned into officially establishing The Giving Kitchen. Outside of The Giving Kitchen, Robby works as a Product Manager and enjoys spending time outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family.

Betsy Marietti is a Metro Detroit native with a background in marketing and communications. Community service has been a pillar in her life from a very early age; her internship in the community service department at FOX 2  Detroit WJBK set the stage for her desire to be a part of companies and communities fostering service minded individuals. In her free time, she enjoys baking and going on adventures with her kids and husband. 

Carolyn Chang is a North Carolina native that has moved around quite a bit around the United States until landing in Denver, CO. Carolyn has a background in hospitality management and has always loved helping people from a young age. Community service has always been important to Carolyn, and The Giving Kitchen means so much to her already for the impact it can have on so many lives. Carolyn has worked with Robby for the past couple of year as a Program Lead and enjoys spending her time cooking, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her fiánce, friends, and family.
